Rod did an excellent job cleaning the three oriental area rugs that we purchased in Turkey. He exercised such care because of their high value, and they looked so much better after he cleaned them! We wanted to have our carpet cleaned and stretched quickly and most of the estimates could do the carpet cleaning but not the stretching. Rodney not only offered to do both, but at a great price. Scheduling was done quickly and easily, and Rodney even arrived early. There were a couple of stains we were hoping he could get out, and he succeeded. I have been using Arise for my carpet cleaning needs since 2008. They are reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. I use them for both my own home as well as rental properties. They have worked miracles when it comes to stains. I have seen permanent marker and make up stains set in for years come out with Arise. I've also seen what looked like clean sofa's become cleaner than I ever remember (the water used to clean the sofa came out to be black at the end).

Rod is the owner and hardest worker we have met on the island. He worked with us to get to our sofa as soon as possible and was extremely professional and proficient. He said he has been doing this for years and the work showed. We recently purchased a second hand sofa and now it is as good as new. The discoloration and smell of use from another household has been removed and it looks like it did straight from the store. He recommended letting it sit to dry for 24 hours (which we are) but it's been less than 4 hours and it's dry and fresh smelling.

I tried those services advertising "will do your whole house for under a hundred dollars". They come out with a steam cleaning vacuum "Basically a large rug doctor" an do one pass. Arise does a hot pre-treat spray, scrubbing machine, steam vacuum followed by a large brush that gets rid of those vacuum marks. Glad I witnessed the whole process cause now I appreciate how much effort goes into a "real" carpet clean instead of a discount place. Carpets look great. Thanks.

p.s. I know a lot of people don't use Angies list but this is how I found arise and they had the best reviews by far. 60 top reviews versus 11 by the next runner up.
